LeWahla was previously published as Sanadi. The app and its operator are unchanged; only the name is new.
By downloading or using LeWahla, these terms apply to you, so please read them before using the app. LeWahla is provided by LeWahla LLC.
You may not copy or modify the app or any part of it, or use our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the app's source code, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to LeWahla LLC.
LeWahla is a self-help and wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Its content, exercises, and AI companion are supportive only. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or were told in this app. If you may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
We are committed to keeping the app as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason we reserve the right to make changes to the app, or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it clear what you are paying for.
LeWahla stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and your access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone. Doing so removes the manufacturer's software restrictions, can expose your device to malware, and may mean LeWahla does not work as intended, or at all.
Some features require an active internet connection, over Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you have no Wi-Fi access and no mobile data allowance left.
If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies, and you may be charged for data, including roaming charges outside your home region. By using the app you accept responsibility for those charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission to use the app.
We cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, you need to keep your device charged, and if it runs out of battery and you cannot use the service, we cannot accept responsibility.
Although we work to keep the app updated and accurate, we rely in part on third parties to supply information. LeWahla LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality.
We may update the app from time to time. LeWahla is currently available on Android and iOS, and the requirements of those systems may change, so you will need to download updates if you want to keep using it. We do not promise that we will always update the app so that it remains relevant to you or works with the version of Android or iOS installed on your device. We may also stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, on termination the rights and licences granted to you in these terms end, and you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of changes by posting the new terms here.
