What you can do
A quick daily read on how you feel, and a name for it, which is the hardest part.
Pick the habits and moments worth watching.
Prompts for the days a blank page is too much.
A grounding line to carry into the day.
Spot patterns, and see progress worth noticing.
A private space to say what's going on. No judgement, any time.
The companion is a supportive tool, not a therapist, counselor, or medical service. Your journals, moods and tracks are never sent to it.
How it works
Your chosen tracks appear together on the Home screen, so a day's check-in is one screen rather than a hunt.
Each skill opens as a short set of steps you move through at your own pace. Nothing is timed, and you can leave at any point.
Your levels and counts are always included. The words you wrote in your journal are not, unless you switch them on. Then share the PDF by message, email, or AirDrop.
The full step-by-step guide lives in the app, under Menu → How to use the App.
Showing up
days
Your tree grows as you keep showing up: an acorn on day one, an oak you can sit under by day seven. It is a record of the days you came back, not a score.
Take a second for yourself.
In short
Whether you are building healthier habits, working through a tough stretch, or staying mindful, LeWahla gives you a quiet place to support your mental health, in English or العربية.
LeWahla is free to use: every exercise, your journal, and mood tracking, always, with ads on the free plan. LeWahla Plus removes the ads and lifts the daily limit on Talk it out.
